bayern bid for chelsea target neymar

Bundesliga giants Bayern Munich have reportedly joined the race to sign long term Chelsea target Neymar da Silva with a prepared bid of £86M that is likely to scare away the Premier League side heavy spenders. Chelsea may be forced to reconsider their transfer shopping list as Bayern Munich have prepared an enormous bid for their (Chelsea) long-term Blues target as reported by metro.co.uk. FFP obstacle It is believed that Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich is unlikely to overshadow the £86M with the Blues having to be wary of UEFA’s Financial Fair Play regulations leaving the path clear for the Bundesliga leaders who earlier this year had lured Chelsea managerial target Pep Guardiola to the Allianz Arena, reports futaa.com. Neymar has long been admired by the west London club who are keen on bolstering their Brazilian contingent with the likes of Oscar, David Luiz, Ramires and Lucas Piazon all currently at Stamford Bridge. Other Premier League clubs including Manchester United and Manchester City, as well as European giants Barcelona are also reportedly keen on pricing the Brazilian away from Santos. However, Neymar is widely believed to remain in Brazil until at least the 2014 World Cup but Bayern’s potential offer could prove too good to resist.
