Only Low Self-Esteemed Girls Do Prostitution

It is only low self-esteem girls do prostitution. Low self esteem I mean is when a beautifully created girl is being approached by another girl – sometimes, she is a friend or someone in the peer group and she tells her how beautiful her bum is, how pointed or big her breasts look or how straight her legs are.

She goes ahead to tell her how she makes good money sleeping around with different men. She concludes by telling her that it’s not prostitution, rather ‘RUNS’. She follows her and on her first night, she makes about N20k from a man. Then the trade continues from there.

When her conscience pricks her, she cooks up a good story that will serve as the reason why she joined the trade. Sometimes she will say that; I want to take care of a sick mother; pay my school fees; take care of my younger ones or makes ends meet and so on.

Some people say that its poverty that pushes girls into it, but I tell you; No, its not. Its LOW SELF- ESTEEM. First; is it every girl that comes from a poor family do prostitution? Instead I have seen girls from rich homes doing prostitution. If you have high self esteem, you will rather change that your friend into a good girl.

What is self-esteem? Its having confidence in one’s own worth as well as self respect. When you don’t have it, your friends choose you and woe betides you if she is already a prostitute; you will join her because you lack esteem. But when you have good self-esteem, you choose your friends and convert them to good girls.

I once saw a waitress working in a lounge in my town, she has a well shaped physic with all the feminine curves and features at their right places, but the next time I visited the lounge, she was dressed in a hot and skimpy outfit that will make a crazy man commit, sitting to be served in the midst of others dressed like her. I guess she has a very low self-esteem to have joined them.

However, there is nothing to gain from the trade; instead you stand to lose many things. You stand to risk your life to ritualists, diseases like HIV and its likes.
